Ashton is  set on 3 acres & perfectly located within easy distance to Bowral & surrounding villages.

Entry via electric gates & past stunning grounds to a circular driveway, one is aware that something special awaits. Crossways is a hidden gem and the ideal Southern Highlands getaway. Surrounded by scenic farmland, picturesque towns and villages whilst only 90 minutes away from Sydney, this home is guaranteed to delight you. Crossways's enviable location ensures that you are only moments away from amazing cafes and restaurants, beautiful walks and stunning golf courses amongst many other attractions.

This beautiful French Farmhouse style home has expansive gardens, two charming courtyards and a swimming pool. The house is perfect for families, groups of friends, as well as couples travelling together. Indoors there are so many gorgeous areas to enjoy. The house offers a formal dining room which can comfortably seat 12 people and features a beautiful gas fireplace for those cold winter days and nights when you want to enjoy long lazy lunches or celebratory dinners. The living rooms are expansive and offer two separate areas. One living area surrounds a gas fireplace and is the perfect place for reading a book or magazine.  The other living area attached has yet more spacious seating and opens to a courtyard and the garden.

There is also a comfortable TV room for those looking to relax and watch their favourite Netflix series or sporting game.

The house has a large, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen which includes two ovens and a 5-burner gas stove-top. The kitchen is perfect for preparing casual or more elegant meals and even features a built-in coffee machine. There is also a cosy tv nook with four over-sized armchairs for those who wish to enjoy the ambience in the kitchen. Attached to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing facilities.

With five comfortable bedrooms in the main house and three bathrooms; one of which features a claw footed bathtub & a separate powder room, your comfort is ensured.

Across the courtyard there is also a separate one bedroom self-contained cottage with both ensuite and kitchenette. This provides a convenient space for families or friends who enjoy spending time together while maintaining their privacy.

One of the most glorious aspects of Crossways is its park-like garden. In every season the garden is a sanctuary to be enjoyed. The property offers several private areas to read, relax and unwind. Amongst these areas is the sheltered courtyard with outdoor dining table providing an ideal location to enjoy the outdoors whilst lingering over sumptuous meals and enjoying amazing local produce and wines.

For the young at heart the garden also offers a trampoline and play equipment. And just for fun there is a full-sized and adjustable basketball hoop with glass backboard. There is a small room with a ping pong table located in the gardens. The property is simply perfect for family get-togethers, weddings, golf weekends or just spending time with good friends.
